I have picked up a my package before it was mailed out three times, and it takes a second to grab, the last time the guy told me we can't do this anymore, and there's no way to have us hold it for you! I called this morning and he proceeds to tell me I need to make a hold request the day before! He lied! He said it takes 30 minutes to find it which is another lie! It took them one second everytime! I told him I got a life and I can't leave my mail in the mailbox, he said they can't help me!!! HE'S A LIAR!!!
HE'S UGLY TO PEOPLE AND IS NOT HOOD AT ALL AT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAS NO SYMPATHY FOR ANYONE!! UP YOURS BUTTHOLE!!!
Nice, quiet, country Post Office. Friendly staff with time to answer your questions and once you've been there several times they know your name.
Our mail lady is possibly the laziest worker we've ever seen. She won't get out of her suburban to drop packages off at the door. She will either leave a note saying it's at the post office or won't get out if no ones come to grab it/get it out of vehicle. Every other mail person I've had at different residences was top notch and made sure packages were left. Also, not to mention she bends packages that contain books all the time.
