I had such a relaxing time. Sandra was such a wonderful host and cook. The atmosphere was safe and calming. I cannot wait to visit again.

Our innkeepers, Sandra and Joe, were so welcoming and made our stay a complete delight. It's obvious hospitality comes natural to them as they are the consummate host and hostess. Their house is truly a mansion and beautifully decorated and immaculate. It was exactly like the website described it. Our room was luxurious and appointed with everything we might need and more. Sandra's cooking is to die for. She could be a chef. Her breakfast was exceptional~a true Cajun experience, and she is willing to share her recipes. She and Joe are so down to earth and just a joy to be around. We felt like we were staying with old friends. It doesn't get any better than that! We had planned on staying for one night, but due to the road closures, we were lucky they had availability and we stayed two. I could stay week with Sandra and Joe's recommendations of fun attractions and great places to eat. We are already planning our trip for next year and can't wait. Nancy and Jim
My wife and I recently spent week at the Louisiana Cajun Bed and Breakfast. We were looking for a B&B to stay in while we made day trips around the southern Louisiana area. We could not have made a better choice. The Mansion is beautiful, and Joe and Sandra are two of the most knowledgeable and kind innkeepers that we have ever met. The B&B is very elegantly dedicated, and was as nice as any B&B I have ever stayed in. The grounds are beautiful, and very well maintained. There is an outdoor kitchen, pool, and plenty of comfortable chairs around the pool to sit and relax in with your favorite drink. Sandra is a great cook, and she will definitely keep you satisfied with her breakfasts, along with any other meal she prepares for you. Great value for your money as well.
