Very nice and friendly. We had a few problems with our bill and they worked with us for hours to figure it out. Very very happy with my trip to AT&T in Youngsville.
Sales rep helped me the second I walked inside. She was very nice and clearly explained every step to me. My only problem is that it was really hot inside the store.
Always greated at door and usually they open the door before I can even get in if they are not to busy.
Friendly service. Had to go a second time, because Matthew didn't transfer contacts from my old phone to the new one, nor any of the photos. That was a wasted trip. But, the second visit took care of everything . . . different fella helped me.
