Paid a expected copay to this place and then found out he funds needed to go to another place. They did not refund the $100.
The doctor seemed thorough. Wait was long and office was overcrowded! My billing was not on the up and up. I paid in full which is what I was told and or assumed and they offered to file with my insurance. I gave them my card knowing it would not be covered with such high deductible but I thought it would be good to put it on my deductible amount. Then, they sent me another bill and I have been contesting it for almost a year. I paid in full!
Doctor is great but had to wait an hour and a half to see him. My husband saw him the following day and it was the same thing. The office staff is pushy and doesn't file things correctly with your insurance. When I questioned the girl, she said "we don't do that and it only saves you $9." She openly stated they don't follow your insurance policy, so I would check carefully what they are charging you.
